Instructor
Stephanie Schroll
My name is Stephanie and I have been teaching at RDC for almost a decade. My love of dance started when I was 7 years old, and I grew up dancing and competing at Suzanne’s Main Street Dance Center in Milford, MI. I also danced and was president of Cadence Dance Company for several years during my time at the University of Michigan. During the day, I am a registered nurse at Mott Children’s Hospital in the pediatric cardiac ICU. At RDC, I teach lots of ballet, pointe, lyrical, and jazz each week. My work has been recognized with many choreography and overall score awards, as well as other special judges awards, at our regional competitions each year. Dance is my true passion, and I am honored to have the privilege of sharing that love with my students. I absolutely adore teaching here, and am so lucky to have been part of our RDC family for so long. I cannot wait for another fantastic year of dance!

Kaitlin Koselansky
Instructor
Hi everyone! My name is Ms. Kaitlin and this is my 7th year teaching at RDC. I grew up dancing and competing in Macomb, MI since I was 3 years old and was a part of my high school's dance team as well. My forte is tap and during college I danced on Rhythm Tap Ensemble at U of M and have been a part of the Detroit Tap Repertory. During the day I work on the Sales and Training team for a management company and at RDC I teach tap, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, and everything in between. I am so excited for the upcoming year! I love watching our dancers master steps that they have been working so hard at and see their passion for dance come alive onstage. See you at the dance studio!

Nikki Krings
Instructor
My name is Nikki Krings and this is my fifth year teaching at RDC! I come to the studio with 23 years of dance experience, most of my training done at Metro Dance Company in Plymouth. I also danced for Cadence Dance Company during my time at the University of Michigan (with Ms. Stephanie!). I teach jazz, contemporary, lyrical, musical theater, and ballet. During the day, I am a fifth grade teacher for Ypsilanti Community Schools! It is my pride and joy to teach young people how to explore their bodies safely and become confident in the beautiful discipline of dance. Dance is my true passion, and I love sharing that with my students. I absolutely adore my RDC family, and I'm excited for another phenomenal year!
