RDC Competition Dancer Rubric
This is the rubric we use during your competition auditions at the end of the intensive weeks. Placement in the RDC competitive team groups is based on the following criteria: technique, potential, commitment level, enthusiasm, attitude and behavior in class, attendance, and stage presence.
The following skills are evaluated during your audition:
RDC Placement Rubric
This is the rubric we use to place students in groups. We expect that a majority of the skills are mastered in that color in order to be placed in that group. As always, this is up to staff discretion and many factors go into these placements.
